Terms & Conditions

All consultations are performed by Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant Albina Kuramshina (License number #R706301) upon receipt of the signed Initial Consultation Agreement and payment.
All consultations are held via video conference.
The time limit of the consultation is described in the booking form (30 mins, 50 mins, 60 mins depending on the type of consultation chosen).
Unused time will not be credited to the customer.
Recording of the consultation is not authorized.
Cancelation or rescheduling of the appointment must take place at least 24 hours prior to the appointment by email.
Appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled with less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.
Missed appointments will not be refunded.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be considered as “no-show” and appointment will be cancelled. No refund nor reschedule to be provided.
By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to provide only genuine and truthful information.
If the Immigration Consultant does not attend, due to illness or emergency, the consultation will be rescheduled at the Client’s convenience within the available hours, at no additional cost to the client.
By booking “Review before Submission of Permanent Residence case” consultation, the Client understands and agrees that RCIC will provide only consultation service. RCIC will not act as an Authorized Representative and will not be held responsible for an outcome of the case.
All questions are to be answered during the scheduled consultation. Follow up questions are to be discussed during a new booking with RCIC Albina Kuramshina.

The clients are welcome to return for a follow up consultation upon RCIC’s availability.
